Playing with props and shapes, I placed the Mandible on top of the skull - which balanced surprisingly well! 

Canvas Secrets: I was gifted the main color Caput Mortuum (purplish brown) - Don't worry, nothing died for this paint! It translates to "dead head"/"worthless remains" because it is a color derived from waste created by processing Hematite for other oxide colors.
